The hardwire kit includes everything you'll need to "piggyback" on any car's fuse box. This allows you to utilize your car's 12V socket to power your Nextbase dash cam instead. A blue LED light on the cable indicates when power is present.
The battery in your vehicle will be protected from going dead thanks to the built-in minimum voltage restriction. When properly fitted, your dash cam will turn on and begin recording when the vehicle is started, and enter parking mode when the vehicle is parked.
