DashCam Bros offers a Hassle-Free return policy where customers may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any expedited shipping costs.
When returning a product, please send the product with a tracking link, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
If an item (except memory cards) has been opened, but the item and packaging are intact and functional, the item may be returned within 30 days, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Customers returning an item due to an error on our part (i.e. received an incorrect item) will not have to pay return shopping costs.
If you experience a technical problem with any item you ordered, please contact us before initiating your return. Often, a simple settings change or battery charge will fix the problem. Defective items will be replaced at our cost within the manufacturer's warranty period, or 360 days of the order date, whichever is longer, if the issue cannot be otherwise resolved.
We do not offer returns or refunds on international sales.
We do not accept returns or refunds on orders over $2,000.
