My experience with the BlackVue hardware has been good, although, like many advanced electronic products, it can sometimes require troubleshooting and a bit of patience to get everything working exactly as intended.
What really impressed me was the customer service I received from Angelo. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question, walked me through each step, and stayed with me until the issues were resolved.
