General Shipping Policies
All products ship from our locations within the United States.
Packages over $200 may require a signature at delivery.
DashCam Bros is not responsible for packages lost or mis-delivered by shipping companies (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) unless due to a shipping error on our part, nor are we responsible for packages stolen during or after delivery.
Orders placed for in-stock items on a business day will generally be shipped within 24 hours of payment completion. Orders placed on a weekend will generally be shipped on Monday.
For orders requesting overnight shipping, we will do our best to ship the same day.
In the rare event an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the inconvenience.
United States Customers
For all US customers in any of the 50 states, all dash cam orders receive FREE standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx, and accessories orders over $50 receive FREE standard ground shipping as well.
You may choose to expedite your shipping (options of overnight shipping, 2 day shipping or 3 day shipping) during the checkout for an additional fee.
We do ship to PO boxes, APO, and DPO addresses via USPS.
Please Note: Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update when attempting to track the package on the courier's website.
International Customers
DashCam Bros can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on items shipped internationally.
There may be restrictions on certain products regarding which destinations they are prohibited to ship to. If such a restriction exists, it will be stated on the product's page.
Please Note: Tracking information, including delivery confirmation, is NOT provided by the United States Postal Service for USPS First Class Mail International service (the most economical international shipping method). A USPS tracking number will be provided by DashCam Bros when your shipping label is created. However this tracking number will in most cases only indicate when the package was physically accepted by the USPS.
If timely and accurate international tracking information and delivery confirmation is important to you, please consider using either USPS Priority International, UPS or FedEx as your international shipping method. In general, we have had very good success with using USPS for international shipments.
