These kits allow you to safely access your vehicle’s electrical system without cutting or splicing any wires, and eliminates the need for a standard cigarette lighter power cord! Please follow the guide below to select the right kit for you.
Selecting the Correct Kit:
Select the vehicle fuse type your vehicle uses (ATO/ATC, Normal Mini, Low-Profile Mini, or Micro 2), and select the output cable type that your dashcam uses (Mini USB, Micro USB, Coaxial).
If you are unsure of the vehicle fuse type and dashcam output type, select the “I’m not sure” options and provide us with details about your vehicle (year, make, and model) in the comment box, and the dash cam model name and number. We maintain a database of vehicles and dash cams in order to ensure we send the correct kit to you.

Installation:
To install this kit, simply tuck the output cable (the cord going to your dash cam) behind your interior panels from the dash cam to the fuse box, locate a “hot in start” fuse (a.k.a. switched fuse), and plug in the add-a-fuse style input connector. Then, attach the ground ring to a metal ground point on your vehicle’s body, and you are done! Installation kit works great. I
Installation kit works great. I didn't install it myself because I didn't want to mess with the air bag in the A pillar, but the guy who installed it said it was easy.
I found the ordering a little confusing and ordered the wrong kit first. You have to know what kind of fuses your car uses and what the connector on your dash cam is. There are several pre-defined kits, but for my car the universal kit was the way to order, and that option includes the pre-defined kits anyway.
